Bio
Bingze Xia is currently serving as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Ottawa’s School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (SEECS) and the Aerospace Research Center of National Research Council Canada (NRC). His research, under the supervision of Professor Miodrag Bolic and Dr. Iraj Mantegh, focuses on intelligent UAV development. He earned his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec.
Research Interests
Bingze Xia's research focuses on advancing the development of AI-enabled uncrewed aerial systems (UASs), with a particular emphasis on autonomous path planning and swarm control strategies. His work extends to developing counter-UAS tactics, aimed at enhancing the safety and efficiency of aerial operations. His main research interests include:
